Canceling eBay Purchase? [Night Note]

To: Crecente From: Bashcraft RE: Loooooove This morning a family friend said that she bought something from an eBay shop, but then decided that she wanted to cancel or something like that. I looked online and it said that you cannot cancel an order per se (she has not finalized her purchase yet), but have to pretty much ignore that pending purchase for it to go away. Is that true?
